GM is not going bankrupt. They are one of the largest automakers in the world. They financial status is no worse than Fords currently is.

If you werent a stupid chebby guy you could read that its a winter tune

Didnt GM just cut 30,000 jobs, closed 3 plants and plan on saving an estimated 13 BILLION dollars, shares are down to $21.29 per share and that is up from their record low of 20.90... the lowest its been in over two decades.
"They have the same issues in term of legacy costs," he told AFP. "If they had to follow the same path and file for bankruptcy as well, that would be a major issue."
We have been subject to an unprecedented attack on our wages," the UAW said on its website. "Delphi's solution is to force its workers to near poverty-level wages while rewarding executives with 90 million dollars in bonuses."
A strike at Delphi could interrupt production at GM, a costly interruption at a time where GM can ill afford it
GM has been struggling with a loss of profit and market share as consumers shy away from its gas-guzzling sport-utility vehicles. It lost 3.8 billion dollars in the first three quarter of 2005 and has seen sales drop by more than 20 percent in September and October".
That sounds like a bankruptcy case if I have ever heard of one! If you ask me, its all because the GTO is a massive failure across the board and the Cobalt is a non seller if I have ever seen one... because I have YET to see one in my town or anywhere near it. Argue the point all you would like, but the facts are that the Mustang itself has put GM, as a whole under the table.

The Mustang hasn't done **** to GM. If you look at the actual production numbers. Of course a dime-a-dozen Mustang is going to outsale a GTO when a GTO only comes one way, a real way like a real muscle car: rwd and v8 only, and coupe. Where as a Mustang is a 6,8, drop, or hardtop. Not to mention previous years also had Cobras.
And if GM is going out of business then why is there new for 07 model year Tahoes, Yukons, Subs, Escalades, etc. And new 07 trucks. And new for 06 Impala. And recently HHR, and Cobalt, etc. If they were hurting so bad then they wouldn't have the $ to come up with so many new models now would they?
