Not if he runs a 12.1 he wont.

And who races stock cars? Nor cares about them for that matter?

Jdaniel... and to all others...

GM is more powerfull then Ford its true.
just accept the fact...

for all those who think when the 03/04 Cobra came out is was "GODLY" b/c it came with a S/C and was forged etc....yada yada//// Nice? yes. but still the lighter Vette will outrun it... with LESS HORSEPOWER... so dont get on the 281ci WAGON...
I saw in Car and Driver... Cobra vs Vette both Convertable(dont know why they used converts) it was close... real close... but Vette still outran it in all aspects- with LESS HORSEPOWER then the cobra.

as far as GT vs Firebird TransAm or Z28 (yes that is in the same class as a GT)
a GT gets its brains fried... by a Tran or a z28
a 04 GT gets eaten by a 02 transam or z28

GM is more MUSCLE!

^exactly... AKA.... GM/Chevy is more powerfull then Ford... simple as that.

and dont say motor size b/c

even the 1967 Camaro Ran 15.3 with a 350ci in it
and the 1967 Ford Mustang (390ci V8 with 4spd) ran 15.6

for the Guy that was comparing the Vette to the CObra...

Chevy/Pontiac- beat the ford mustangs

HAHAHAHHA... the 2003 Cobra with 390 Horsepower SUPERCHARGED...
Could not beat the 2003 Corvette... with 350 Horsepower N/A
Cobra has 40 more HP and 15 more TORQUE. (and most cobra owners even say they are UNDERATED in stock power claims)

IM SICK!
