Nice, I never realised how tight a fit those gt500 engines are in the s197s[8D]

 

it's def. getting a little tight in there now, that's for sure.

I am anticipating in the next 2 weeks this phase of the project should be complete. I am going to try to video some of the dyno runs. I think the initial plan is to set it at 13lbs and see what she does.
I still need to address:
upgraded drag wheels/rubber - probably going with 15's w/ 325/50/15 MT's
8.8 axle brace/low profile girdle
roll cage w/ swingouts - tentatively set for the second week of May to get this done
Still have to get my Steeda 2 1/2" Race Cowl painted, it's been such a low priority item that it always slides down the list of things to do.

Ok, getting a little bit closer now. Still have to finish with the reservoir, relocate the battery to the trunk and tie in a few loose ends. After that hoping to fire her up and get some dyno time.
