Heading home from school i see this supra coming up behind me. We stop at a light, 2 lanes, no one around. I tell the guy nice car and he says he really likes stangs and has a cobra at home. Not sure what it had, it had loud exaust and a loud *** bov and you could hear it build boost from a mile. Got a good launch, even through first, spun into second cuz of my crappy going blad *** gatorbacks, although i dont tihnk it would of matered, that thing was really quick. I shut down at about 90 he had a few cars on me. When i wasnt spinning seemed like i was kinda holding my ground, but im pretty sure he would of walked me anyway. Damnit, so i barley lost to a TA and now a supra, i need a win!!! At least it was fun tho.

 

LOL its usually the Supra that has traction problems, lol 14.5@110MPH

 

oh well cant win em all....its a supra so thats a respectable kill....if u lost to a neon or civic then that would be embarrassing.

(hides for cover and expects to get flames thrown at me from civic and neon enthusiasts)

so funny because its so true. i waxed one that ran 14.4@11X when i was running 12.9's@105.

 

i saw a stock Supra (had a K&N air filter) dyno at 325 to the wheels. i think they are rated at 276 or something. it was awesome.

 

Ya supras have bad traction, but like i said it was even through first he was prolly being careful not to spin it.

 

I lined up against a civic that ran a 14.5@108

like someone said, thats an honorable loss. Supra's are FAST, even stock. youll get a win eventually, and when u do, you can brag about it

 

HAHA i honestly dont care about bragging or winning or being super fast. Thats why my car is gonna stay pretty close to stock. I just wanna enjoy it and i do so im happy.
