+1 I believe you are right.. however.. do you know what the DA was there? I'm guessing there in CT you aren't at a high elevation so Blue Meanie is probably right.. if you are anywhere under 1500 DA i'd guess people would say you should be capable of a 13.1-13.4 w/o any problem (a couple of people have hit sub 13's with intake/tune alone).. Good luck! not bad for your first time!
edit: im planning on going tommorow for my first time.. with a typical DA of around 6600 im hoping for low 14s

the DA i think is around 360 feet, i got 3 runs in my last run being the best, my fourth run i went lower my time and i screwed up bad, i dropped my tires psi 2 more lbs and brought my launch up to 4K, took off great off the line, but missed 2nd, so i was like f*******k, and it was everyones last run, cuz the track stops racing at 10
Looks like a steady improvement from your first to lst run. keep at it, you still have alot left in your car amd you'll get better with more practice. I pretty much say this to everyone. If you plan on going to the drag strip alot get a set of slicks or drag radials. You'll probably be better off at your power level with the DRs.

U topping out the 1/4 in 3rd gear? You have great '60 time with stock rubber at x1.8 my changing your gearing will not yield you better time with stock tires as you will spin more. With stickies taller gearing will help.
I went last night also my best '60 was 2.2 no traction.
