the flat 6 is what has caught my intrest

 

capable of 400hp at the crank on stock internals, all alum construction, shares STI rods and 2.2 pistons. Its an insanely good platform that not many venture with.

hrmm so the stroke is different on it? or how does it get to 3.3l vs the 2.5

 

the stroke is the same, its just a 2.2l na engine with 2 more cylinders basically.

 

wrx and sti are diffrent cars idk about the new ones but wrx came with a 2.5l inline 4 while the sti had a 2.0l inline 4 with a turbo from factory.



Really depends on driver mod and other things maro might had work done to it i am talking about stock s197 vs stock sti.


Is the camero stock i dont remeber atm kinda in mathlab getting my hours done since i need 32 and i havent done any been here since 9am lol and since 9 am been surfing the fourms x.x

 

STI has a 2.5L as does the WRX. They are both turbocharged.

A few years back the WRX had a 2.0, not a 2.5.

 

STI had a 2.0l turbo charged ok not so sure looken it up right now lol
WRX Non sti came with a 2.5l motor...



Idk about new models but im pretty sure friend has a base wrx and it has a 2.5l older one before the hacthback.
