Its been awhile since i posted.

well i has received my first racing ticket. Total BS!!!
Mercedes pulls up some kinda coupe. i roll up my windows, pay him no attention. he starts revving up his engine i notice its backfiring, figure its a cut off exhaust. I look over man is between 55-65 years old. i chuckle knew i probably would not have had a chance. so i take of normal( you could say semi agressive) the guy squeals going in to second after taking off.
i accelerate to the speed limit set the cruise control. I get pulled over a mile down the road!!
cop says im racing. just added to my disrespect for cops.


thought id tell everyone. my court date is in march im fighting it for sure. ill let everyone know how it comes out.

 

umm good luck i guess... next time tell the old man 2 spank u at the track

 

even if you were speeding, accelerating that fast they can still probably nail ya for it, or atleast get ya for agressive driving

 

You took off aggressively which might be why the guy squealed into second.

That is BS...did the benz even get pulled over?? But yeah a cop told me one time that i was "daring to speed"? Idk cops are gay!

 

I got pulled over for "racing a saturn ion on a wet road." The ion took off faster than me and I didnt even spin on the wet road while it was raining. I guess loud mustang + wet road + 0-45 in 7 sec = racing, trying to tell me how dangerous it was to accelerate that fast in these conditions. He told me to go to class as I was on my way to college. Cops are annoying at times.

 

wow, that sucks. i never really gave alot of thought to bum racing charges. maybe if i get challenged at a light ill just make sure to sit there for a few seconds before moving

 

I heard that cops can't give you a ticket for racing or do anything about it if you don't admit to you. It would go like this..."Son why were you racing?" and you say "Sorry officer I don't know what you're talking about." That's it lol. And by the way...you get caught racing here in Fl you lose your ride and go straight to jail...no small ticket here.

 

keep your mouth shut and let a good lawyer talk for you. thats my advice.

 

Some cops can be a little crazy at times. I saw a cop that was posted by a 35MPH sound and I was coming out out of a 45MPH zone. I down shifted to third (car sounded loud) and he pulled me over... his exscuse was, when I say him I reved my engine at him, I was like WTF.... he gave me a warning, all I could do was shake my head as I pulled off..
