One run Capability?
140 is optomistic. i have yet to trap 140 but have not been to run at the track much yet and the one time i did i was bogging out pretty bad. a car like mine full weight should trap around 140 or so. I also have never seen an irs car cut a sub 1.6 60 ft time.
I'm running less weight than you though, Raceweight is 3450 (with me in it).
I've actually just learned that me loosing about 1PSI of boost above 6900RPM is because of valve float, so more boost is on the way. I'm still a good 2 pulley sizes away from the max that I can run with the T-trim, so there's not even any reason that I should look at upgrading, everything considered.
I was kind of weary about changing pulleys, but to do it just for the race, and then pulley back up, I think I'll be fine. I'll also be adding an FMIC in the next month, so I think I'll be able to reliably maintain ~700rwhp with this combo, as it sits. I'm running a sumped setup now as well anyway, so I think I'll be fine.

well good luck. how much power are you actually making now?
I have not a clue. as I was telling a little "know-it-all" in the 4.6 section, I havn't been on a chassis/engine dyno in over a year and a half now, I do all my own tuning myself.
Back when I WAS on a chassis dyno, the one in tucson, at 3300' Above Sea Level had me putting down 582rwhp through the 4R700W SAE UN-corrected.
If I were just BSing, I'd guestimate that I'd probably be putting down 610 at the wheels where I'm at, I think that's probably fair now that I'm going through a 6spd.
Just on the theory side of things, I'd have to think adding an FMIC, keeping the meth, and going with more boost, I'd probably see ~700 at the wheels, + or - 20hp
But that's all speculative. I never really cared for numbers, I was always more interested in the car performing the way I wanted it to, and as long as it did that, everything else was just icing on the cake.
1.3X 60ft is a MONUMENTAL goal to set for yourself. You will most certainly need a 28in SLICK to even being to think about hooking HARD. A radial isnt gonna be much better as far as planting 600rwhp in 1st gear from like a 4500rpm launch.
If I were you and cut a 1.49 I'd be thrilled.
