Default Turbo Civic Vs '10 Camaro SS M6

So my buddies have been wanting to run each other forever and i talked both of them into meeting up for some friendly runs tonight. The both just happen to roll up at our spot at the same time, both get out of the cars and the **** talk begins lol. honda guy wants a 65 roll but camaro guy wants a 55. So we settled for a 60.

Honda is like a 95 civic, built LS motor, stage 2 cams, GT-60-1 Turbo or something like that i forget making 18lbs of boost.Dyno tuned to 398fwhp. guy is a decent driver. the 2010 camaro is a totally stock 6 speed.

first 60 roll Camaro jumps out 2 cars, the civic spools up and pulls back even, then pull a 1/2 car to 140.

next they do a dig, camaro gets him by 5 cars lol

another 60 roll. civic spins bad, camaro jumps out about a car and the civic reels him back in and puts a solid 3/4 car on him till 130 ish.

not bad races, both those cars pull so hard, i didnt even take my car lol

oh and all this took place in mexico FTW

not bad. I was thinking the civic would pull way more on him

400hp and 2500lbs > 425hp and 3800lb

Agreed, power to weight was in the hondas favor. Good runs though

i call bs on the civic's hp number, or something is wrong with it. i pull 2/3 cars on a new camaro. however a civic with 400whp should yank me.

Traction's a biotch. The civic needs some serious rubber to do anything with that power.
