I drove out to this Industrial/business park today to go drive around. Practice cornering and shifting. This place is pretty dead after five and I got there about Six. So I'm putting Vader through his paces (Yes Im a huge geek and I call my car Vader) anyway I've never seen anyone else out there doing this until tonight when this Mini S comes tearing through my playgroud. At first she follows my path and now Im getting excited because I think shes looking for a race we end up going around a sort of "T" shape course a few times with her following right on my ***. I stop in the center of the road at what I think is the starting line the straight pointing to the bottom of the "T". I tell you those cars can handle, I know that this isn't the strongest area of my mustangs performance but I drive these turns pretty often and I know the corners and I've gotten fairly quick. I actually "won" the first lap but then she slipped past me at the tight turn at the bottom of the T (almost hitting my baby, I braked a lot more than I would have liked there) and once she got in front I had no hope of slipping past her. So I followed as fast as I could untilshe left we sped down Palm a wide 4 lane avenue that has a few curves until I decided it really was too hot and headed for home.

I don't know if that was really a race I could have won, I know on the Palm I was able to stay in front without problem but I got owned in the corners.

those cars are really nice acually, they have small motors and everything but acually are pretty cool. yea small cars or many cars will probably own the mustang in the turns unless they are modded to do good in autocross.
