Default 'lil BMW convert?

Friday I was on the Freeway on my way home from work. It was a perfect drive top down like 75 degrees about 6:00 and I was flirting with a brunette in a C5 who spanked me repeatedly, which wouldn't have been an unpleasant prospect except we were racing on the freeway. Anyway I went past my usual offramp and had to go on a few miles to the next one and swing back towards town. As I was curving around I saw that if I got out in front of a cluster of traffic Id have a much nicer ride home. Well this BMW 330(I think) convert was accelerating and I really wanted to get out in front of him. After the curve there was about a 1/3 mile straight before I could merge. I toped out 3rd and went hard into fourth doing about 120 and really only had about 2 car lengths on this guy. I love my car. He cut me off and braked a moment later after Id slowed to a more normal 90ish in 5th, so I changed lanes dropped to 4th and blew past him again, I gave him a sour look and he tried but couldnt hang.

as a P.S. one of my fiances best friends just got a WRX STi and I think shes goading him in to racing me, how badly will I lose when this goes down. Im in a pretty stock '94 gt.

******* BMW driver.

You will lose very very badly to the STi...

...If he knows how to launch it, If he doesn't then you'll just lose very badly.

yeah thats what I told her, but she finds it hard to believe. I googled the thing and saw 300 hp the same torque and awd I told myself I need Intake, heads, and cam, and exhaust, and my 3.73s and if she pays for it all maybe Sonny will have a racre otherwise well maybe he can't drive worth a darn.

i love racing BMW 3 series drivers. if you want to even call it racing. they think since they have a BMW, they're kings of the road.

Well if he just got the STI he could probably only run it to low 14s, but even with good drivers I've only seen those things run high 13s. AWD is too dependant on launches. Either way, even if he can't drive, your going to get smoked lol.

yeah I wouldnt mind a guy thinking he's a bada$$ in a say M3 (one of the doctors I work for has one) because thats a hot car but some cute college chick in a 325i or a guy an a 330 has no room to think theyre the $hit. As far as the STi, I really don't mind the fact Im going to lose, itll make it mor sweet when my stang gets out of puberty and in to a power adder/adulthood.

So for arguments sake since I think I would like extra power on a daily, almost hourly, basis would I do better with a centrifugal SC (procharger P1sc), twin screw (kenne bell), a turbo which I know nothing about or N2O system. Can I run a SC with N2O, assuming I had re built my internal engine

There is so many options for a 5.0, it's hard to choose. If you want to not spend a lot of money you could run a 5 or 6lb supercharger on stock internals and it should be fine.
