A great Brenspeed tune pays off again
You want consistency, hows this for you. Racing at my track last night my car ran:
12.75
12.75
12.76
12.75
then in the finals 12.62
DA had dropped over 300 ft in less than 30 minutes. Lost in a double breakout by .02 Thats an honorable way to lose IMO.
I was running my slower bracket tune cause my full power tune just wouldnt hook up. During test n tune I was all over the place 12.24, 12.30 and worse. 60 fts were 1.96-2.09, completely unacceptable when racing..... so I kept lowering tire psi trying to hook up but kept spinning off the line. Wanting to win I decided to slow the car down for better consistency. Car ran great and had a great time. Got another trophy and check.........thats a fun Saturday night IMO.

Foot braking **** here! LOL
Nah, I use to run ET streets bias ply and they were awesome. Got a flat so I switched to ET streets II drag radials. Well they need a huge burn out compared to the bias ply tires so I just need more time with them. Street tires are a joke at the track.....

The DA was so good I should have asked the them for a timed run at the end of the night with my full power tune in. I think it would have hit a high 11 easy. Considering my 12.90 tune ran 3 tenths faster in the finals and I ran a 12.24 with the full power tune in the heat of the afternoon.
