the hp on the 3.8 is 190 and the tq is 220
the hp on the 3.9 is 193 and the tq is 225

im gonna have to say he's going to beat you. i just got out of dsm's and a stock turbo dsm can get close to 15.0' all day with a good driver(higher if this kid cant drive), which i believe is better than u can do. if he has just basic mods, chances are small, but if its stock versus stock, it might be close if u go ***** to the walls with that auto(if possible in auto). good luck.
