Default Steering Problem

Ok guys im new to this and need some help

I have a 2002 mustang GT and recently I have noticed when I hit large bumps on the highway my car tends to hop or jump almost into other lanes. its the worst when i am taking a turn onto and on ramp. I replaced my shocks about 5,000 miles ago and have checked all of the bolts on the sway bar. I do not know why my mustang jumps but it is become dangerous to drive on rough highways.

Thanks

Welcome!

Has the car been modified from stock in any way?

Nothing with the suspension, just a cold air intake. its is also a convertible, im not sure if anything is different in a convertible.
