Default I need help finding the correct replacement part

Hi. This is my first post here, and while I love my car I am by no means a knowledgeable enthusiast. I manage basic work on my car. So I would really appreciate some help.

Today I had to replace my rear wheel hub assembly. That went fine or at least it seemed to. I went for a test drive and I heard and felt a lot of banging in the rear drivers side (same side I did the hub on). I lifted it back up to look around and my shock has apparently blown through the upper mount. I don't know if the rubber bushing inside blew out or what. Seems to be a common problem? It is all OE right now. I am trying to find the correct replacement part and having a *really* hard time with it. I doubt I can post links here but I went to a ford parts lookup page and found what I think I need. The problem is there are two options. I will list as Ford part # and (Motorcraft Part #): FR3Z-18A161-A (AD1118), or FR3Z-18A161-B (AD1123). The issue is that when I go to the ford parts page and search those, you get an expanded view of all the related parts, and when I mouse over the part I need they BOTH say they for WITHOUT performance package. I have the performance package and 20" optional wheels, which apparently matters. I bought it used with those on already. So.... I don't know what I actually need for my car. I am leaning toward just ordering the AD1123 because it looks right, but I don't want to get it, try it, find out it won't work, etc etc.

Just in case links do work with new accounts, here is where I am looking: https://www.varsityfordparts.com/sea...tr=Shock+Mount

I know someone is going to tell me these are trash. I wholeheartedly agree. I also know an aftermarket solution would be much much better. But all the aftermarket solutions are $150-200 like the Steeda ones I found posted on the forum here. I do not have $200. I do have $60.

If anyone knows and can tell me I would really appreciate it.

It's a 2015 gt premium with the factory ford performance package. I checked rock auto. That still doesn't really tell me which of the 2 brackets i need. They list the same part with next to no description beyond "meets or exceeds oem specifications"

The description is a bit contradicting. You may want to just call the local dealer and give them your VIN to get the right listing. The part is nearly identical, the difference wil be the hardness of the rubber bushing (Durometer).
