RE: New to the game! Couple questions though...
wait, 9800 buks for a 99' cobra is considered a lot? i think thats a steal depending on the condition.....i've been reading and searching through hundreds of cobras online and one of the best deal i found was an 01' cobra with like 68k miles for 12,900.....but i was only searching for black cobras so i didnt really look into any other colored cobras....just throwing that out there...
congrats on the new ride!!

hey pretty much same car as mine! except iUSED tohave the interior you have...but not anymore, sweet catch btw.
- motorcraft is fine, im using royal purple but there's nothing wrong with motorcraft
- most main brand spark plugs should be good, wouldnt recommend tinkering with the heat setting though
- you dont have wires, you have individual coil packs, which are more expensive and not really worth quiet the bang for the money unless they need replacing in the first place, in which case there are several performance coil packs
- Mobil 1 is up there with the best, a lot of owners use it...you need a good performance filter like k&n, or mobil 1
as stated above, check the diffy bushings for play to get rid of the clunking, might wanna replace the fuel filter as well as just go over all the bushings for damage, i just replaced my rear spring isolators because they got screwed somehow...good luck with the snake
