Dude I don't know if you've looked much but odds areyou're not going to find many similar cobras in that price range. All you have to do is search the internet (auto trader, mustang trader, craigslist, ebay etc..) and book the car on NADA (more accurate than Kelly Blue Book). I'm confident in that you won't regret paying that much AS LONG AS the car is in good condition and ismechanically sound.
Now, I tell everyone this, NEVER just agree to the asking price. Low ball it, always low ball it by a long shot, and then meet somewhere in the middle. I cannot stand it when people just pay full asking price without at least trying to battle it down some. I bet you can talk them down almost a grand or so.
This is just my opinion but, if you like the car and have the money, buy it quick because somebody definately will. It's really not unreasonably priced by any means. Hope I helped you buddy.

thats a really fair price actually.
Cencal is right, you probably wont find one with 60k miles for any less. I'd say if its really what you want, and you can afford it, go for it!

Thats a good deal actually. I pad 9300 for mine about a year ago. 67 k miles, but it needed 4 tires and a clutch, plus a few other miscelaneous parts (serp belt, idler pully, still needs new rear pads...) so I was right just over 10 grand I figure. Look at things like the brakes, tires, plugs and wires (although it looks like it has new(er) wires on it already), clutch....anything to pull the price dowm a bit. Offer them 9500 out the door. If they say sure, take it and run.
