I had that combo on my 03. It was VERY loud and raspy. Sounded good though.

 

i got borlas on my 03 cobra the tips look awsome! really the tips are 3.75 it says borla on them to . i dont have pics of them, but i might be selling mine after my straight axle swap. its the stinger exhast btw.

yea i gave in and bought the SLP. The bassani didnt have a 3" tip. They have a 4" SS tip and the SLP's have a 3.5". I just have to adjust the drivers side piping cause the tip is too far back and it looks fugly.

I heard a full MAC exhaust on an 03 Cobra tonight on the Ave. around me. Let me tell you that it sounded soooooooooooooooooooooo sexay!!!!!

Now the next question is.....what midpipe do I go wit. I was thinking SLP's X-pipe cause you can switch from shorty headers to long tubes and not have to buy a new pipe. and its also SS piping. The bassani is pricey and I cant find a site where its SS pipine....only aluminized steel. Where do i go from here?

 

the 99/01 Bassani cat-back has 3" tips. the 03/04 has 4". I put the '03/04 on my '01 cobra and the larger tips look fine. I LOVE the sound. Wouldnt recommend anything but Bassani. Im going to finish mine out with Bassani headers and catted X.
