ok so u made me start thinkin and i went to the shop tonight around 11:30 and checked the pcv line...not a drop of oil anywhere...but the power pipe comin out of the supercharger into the filter had oilresidue all over it...

well impossible for me to tell u unless i see it. but if theres no oil from the fresh air return line, then thats good. it may just be ur supercharger then. but get that confirmed by someone else before u send out ur supercharger to be fixed.

im sorry if i misled u or anything, but i was just talkin from experience. i have gone through 3 cobra motors and im on my 4th. on my second motor, my car had similar symptoms like ur car. Burnin oil through the exhaust. it started off mildly but eventually got worse. It was a stock 2001 cobra motor with a procharger p1sc at 7 lbs of boost. I found oil leaking out of the airfilter on the inlet pipe, so i just assumed it was my procharger. i removed the supercharger to get the seals replaced by procharger. cost me about $450.well after i got it back and installed, same problem. Burning oil, and oil dripping from the air filter out of the inlet pipe. needless to say, it made a real mess, because that oil went thru the supercharger into the intercooler over the spark plugsand eventualy thru the motor and out the exhaust. Well then i checked again and found out what it really was. i disconnected my fresh air return line of the pcv system that connects to the intake. i started the car, and low and behold, oil was gettin sprayed out of the crank case!! in like a mist form, and when i really got on it, it was loosin a lot of oil. Well turned out my bottom end was expiriing, and my pistons had seen some detonation and was not holdin compression. That was my last stock motor.
unhealthy tune+ stock motor on boost = boom!
