Default RE: Head gaskets

I myself am in the process of haveing the heads reworked on my 96 Cobra. Mine also had a blown head gasket when I bought from my Cobra abusive brother. I replacing my head gasket with a FEL-PRO set. I have used them in the past on a 91 LX 5.0 that I used to have and I myself have never had any problems with any particular gasket set, but then i really haven't used anything other than FEL-PRO which have never done me wrong.

Are you pulling the motor or leaving it in to do the work?

I left mine in which wasnt to bad until I pulled the driver side head. That one was a pain, only because of the oil dip stick. Hopefully I'll have my heads back by the end of the week.

Kometics Head Gaskets are some of the best on the market. You can get them at Lightning Force Performance.
