i hav a 97 cobra and it seems that my temp is a bit high gets as high as the A on the "NORMAL" scale. i just replaced the T-stat(stock replacement)and was wanting to knw if there is a way to make the fan come on earlier w/o a tuner or makeing a switch, Can the relay be changed or can ford change it in there computer?

 

yes. There's a mod for a switch. Do a google search or a search in this forums. Google will yield better results. I think the switch is just a PIA but if you don't have a tuner I guess that's your only option
