I have the ported b heads and cant decide what to do. I would either like to put the ported heads on with a supercharger and ford gt cams or put the heads on with fr500 cams and a shortrunner intake.I do not have the cams yet, I am waiting until I know for sure which direction I would like to go with my car.I want to get the heads flowbenched when I get my check to see if they would be okay for a N/A build.

 

thats a good question... do you have the supercharger already ?

 

I dont have the supercharger yet either but in the next few weeks I should get around 4K to work with.If I stay n/a I can get it done for just the price of cams so somewhere between $700-1200 but a kenne bell or used vortech is really going to suck up that money quick.

 

Its going to suck that money up quick, but it will be worth EVERY penny!!!

 

Do you think I should bother with the heads or wait till I buy a stroker shortblock though.

 

B heads flow well enough... I wouldnt even bother, like you said, till you did a stroker... Supercharge that thing, and release its inner beast! lol

 

Yeah that would definately save me some time.
