Default B heads and C heads.

First off someone clarify for me so I know correctly, B heads are 96-98 and C heads are 99+. Or did the heads change again in 03/04.

Next,
Can a whipple from an 03/04 fit onto a 96-98 even though the ports are different?

Also,
What is the power range for a 96-98 4v pushing 10lbs of boost -vs- 99+
both with basic boltons, stock long block. ____Vortech___btw not whipple.

I'm just looking for averages here, nothing exact. And there is plenty of info to give a guestament.

thanks

Me.

99/01 Castings were called "C" Heads. 03/04 Castings are different (still a tumbleport design) but with a larger, more efficient exhaust port.

No, an 03/04 whipple will not work on B heads.

Power rating between all the years would be close to the same, however low-mid range power is a strong advance for 99+ cars.
