...now I'm just wait for the new petcock..thought it would have been here today, maybe tomorrow!! (coming via the USPS)...good news is I don't need a new radiator/upgrade for a while!

Got the petcock today in the mail...installed...antifreeze back in & fired up...let the Cobra run for about 1/2 hour, Everything seems to be normal!

I'll pop off the cover later and see if the coolent needs to be topped off!

Ford Petcock Part # F5RZ-815A ...if anyone ever needs it!

hey i have drained my radiator a few times for various reasons...when i did it the first few times i only filled it up at the tank and for a week it kept dropping more and more....im not sure how youi filled it but there is a hex bolt sorta thing on the top of the radiotor tubing that goes directly into the engine...if you pop that off and fill it there it works so much better and i only had to put alittle more in once...it dropped bout half an in when i filled it that way....

I filled mine through the "Cross over Tube" (highest point) to keep the air pockets out...filling this way filled the Radiator tank as well...in fact I took some antifreeze out of the overflow tank today!
