Whats up guys when i hit 5th gear on my cobra it has no ***** like i raced a silverado ss and i got it up to like a 100 hit 5th and it had no ***** thinking about putting gears in im sure that has alot to do if i put some new gears in what should i go with 3.73 or what are some other good gears looking to improve thanks alot guys

gears will limit your MPH, if your trying to go faster? you'll want like 3.23 gearing, if you want it to always feel like its putting you in your seat, then yes, 3.73, but your going to be reving out each gear just to get the mph your looking for. (substantially less than 3.23 gearing)

WRONG gears will raise your top speed by making 5th gear useable. With 4.30's you will hit 160 at 6000 rpms.

well idk why you would hit 5th gear going a hundred...back when i had my stock gears my 3rd gear went to like 120...with my 4.10s i have to put in 5th gear at 120....i suggest 3.73 if you wanna do more work later but 4.10s kick hard if you can hook up...

yea why 5th at 100? my cobra has 4:10's and i am doing 120 in 4th going into 5th....i would get 4:10S IF you want to rape almost anything out the hole and to about 135...
