Default 99 Cobra Running Lean

99 Cobra is throwing up the p0171 and p0174 bank 1 and 2 running lean. I have a JLT Intake and bassani cat back with o/r x pipe.

I checked for obvious vac. leaks and found none. I cleaned the MAF earlier today and it seemed to run a bit better but still had the check engine light .I didnt clear it out after I cleaned the MAF, if that were the problem would it clear itself out?

It did go off by itself one time but came back on a few miles down the road. Any suggestions on what I could check?

i would pull your batterie for awhile and that will reset the code and see if it comes back on then..also do you have your car tuned for the O/R x pipe or did you just use eliminators

ya try the battery. you'll probably need to get a handheld and put a tune in it to accept the CAI, you can adjust your A/F

Just got done changing fuel filter, damn that IRS subframe makes it a PITA to get to....cleared SES light by unplugging battery for about 5 mins and it hasnt been on after about 30 miles of driving, hopefully that old fuel filter was causing it, looked dirty as hell comming out of the filter, and you could tell it was a really old filter...maybe the stock one
