Or maybe you should stop giving retarded advice, like running shi.tty 87 octane in a Cobra!!

If you don't know wtf you're talking about, do EVERYONE a favor and keep that mouth shut!

I'm still leaning towards the fact that maybe you should be driving a lowly escort, if you want to run cheap gas... mate...

I never said I run cheap gas (can't because of the tune) but I ran regular in both this and my 99 Cobra without a problem. The only thing it changes is it's resistance to detonation. Cheap gas comes from cheap gas stations and if you buy ANY of their gas you are asking for trouble.

Your BAD advice can lead to a forum member to severely damage his engine, all because you are talking out of your ***, like you think you actually know something. This kind of stuff really upsets me.

RUN PREMIUM!
hesus's christo! i dont see how someone can TYPE like an a$$hole, you seem to **** off everyone LOL!!!!!
Gawd your awesome!!!!! <no sarcasm intended>
I definately agree though(in a less offensive way), you shoudnt be running anything less than 91 in one of those cars, i dont see the point of running any less... its $3.00 more a tank for the good stuff WTF just spend the money, its not worth risking

Yeah, you're an idiot for running 87 in your 99 Cobra... That's like feeding my dog, fatty human food...

Preignition can be just as bad as detonation...

91 Octane at least.

GTs come stock at around 9:1 compression, same with the lowly V6s.
Cobras are higher compression...my new crate motor runs at 10.1:1, and I consider that low for a high-performance engine.

And for the record, even the low compression GTs recommend 91.
