I understand the NVH issues with full on metal as it does not insulate vibration, sound, etc.

From a sheer performance point-of-view, which is better? Do Delrin bushings with aluminum sleeves work as well?

I am trying to decide between the MM Bushings and Full Tilt Boogie's

Work in what? I have Delrins through out the whip...and I don't even know they're there. But then again, I also have solid motor mounts and don't know they are either. Also delrin's don't require a shell...depending on where you put them.
