So i have a teksid block sitting on my floor and getting ready to take it the the shop to be built... and i have another complete teksid motor in the back of my truck for parts and things, so now to my question... I am gonig to be running a s/c, what would be best, running the heads off the lincoln mark VIII or just the cobra heads or if i can buy the heads off a 03/04 cobra and buy the s/c for that model instead. Or even if i can bolt on the 03/04 heads btw i want 600hp and spending around 10k on this motor

 

Why not just get a full 03 cobra power train for 10K?? You can get the engine and tranny for about 9 and with another 1K should be able to get near your 600HP goal.

 

put a 2.3 turbo motor in it

 

You could build a much better motor for the money than to buy a used 03 04 cobra motor.
