Default Wheel Chatter..?

I'm new to the forum, we just bought a 99 Cobra vert. Drove it about 60 miles home and then pulled into a nice big parking lot so the wife could get the feel for it. I take a tight low speed turn in 1st ( maybe 10 mph) the rear wheels start to chatter abit. Figuring it's the IRS being itself, i keep "figure 8ing" the lot trying to understand why and what it takes for it to happen. Never punching it, just a slightly above idle in 1st. After a turn or two, we get a pop or knock, clunk noise. And after we leave the lot we got the pop noise again when turning tight on side streets.

Is this a normal noise or does something need some attention. The Diff fluid had been changed by a ford dealer not less then a 1000 miles ago.

The car has a 105k on it, and has had all recalls preformed.

I did try searching for this but theres alot of wheelhop related threads and none relating to low speed tight turns.

Any help would be greatly apperciated, and other then the noise the car is awesome.

Jr.

took it for a quick ride, and had a loud pop noise when turning left on the right rear side. nothing when turning right. It's this a possible bad CV Joint?

It's a pop or clunk, one abrupt noise, Wasn't sure what a bad CV joint sounds like on a rear wheel.

i had that problem too, simple tie wrap fix for now.
The pop seems to be more of a bind then a release. From what i have read i need to jack up the rear today after work and check the driveline over and check the bushings. Hopefully i find the problem...
