Question Tires ?

whats a good street tire that isnt too pricey for my 03 whipple cobra. my size 315/35/17? ive had mickey Thompsons et streets i did like them just wanted to what everyone else likes.

and best websites for tires?

Nitto 555R's or NT05R's also an excellent tires!! ...555R's also excellent in the Rain!

.... 555R's on 305/35/18's

I just finished my own search for tires. Ended up ordering a set of 555's. As for websites I mainly used tirerack and discounttiredirect.

nt-555dr is the best straight use tire and occasional track use IMO... mickey will stick better if you heat them!! ive just had the best wear traction and ride out of them not to mention the decent price...discounttire is the cheapest and they will always give a deal if you ask for one atleast thats how it is round here

and like time said there also great in the rain!! one bad is snow but who cares bout snow lol

I will agree, 555's are a good middle-of-the-road tire for street use. That's what I replaced the original tires with on my cobra.
