I think I touched on this subject some time back. A few years ago we replaced the yellow, cloudy, oxidized headlights on our 97 Cobra with aftermarket replacements. The brand is Depo. They are holding up pretty well and still look good. They may even be holding at least as well as the original. The issue is that the beam pattern is less than stellar. They also make weird shadows at the bottom of the beam.

I have a decent looking pair of originals that I picked up, but I'm not sure I want to use them. They don't have that fresh new look, but are still clear. Also, one has a chipped spot in the backing next to the lense that would allow water in. I would like a set of NOS Ford ones, but haven't seen any.

I have looked at the available aftermarket replacements that are OE style. I'm not interested in any of the "tuner" looking ones. It seems that Depo and Vision are the only ones that make Cobra lights. I'm not even sure Vision is a brand name or not. I have TYC replacements on my 95 F150 and they are pretty nice, and have a good beam pattern. It looks like TYC only makes non-Cobra lights.

Here is my question. What are the available brands for 94-98 Cobra headlights? Which ones have you used? Which ones are the best quality?

I've had real good luck with American Muscle headlights! Have you called Steve at Tousley Ford (1-800-328-9552) to see if they still sell the OEM lights??
