Default 1997 Cobra Cooling System Hoses

We have a 1997 Cobra. Its completely stock. It has about 125k on it. Lately we have been doing maintenance on it and replacing what is worn out. Next on the list are all the hoses. This doesn't look quite as simple as say a fox body.

I've noticed that there is a smaller hose in back that appears nearly impossible to get to. Anyway, I'm looking for any helpful tips or suggestions on doing this little project. I'm hoping to not overlook something small and have to redo it. We will be ordering a Motorcraft kit from Late Model Restoration.

I know this may seem like a dumb question, but what all has to be taken apart to do this. Does the throttle body and upper intake have to come off. It seems like it does. What else?

There is one short 5/8 hose behind the water pump that requires removal of the intake manifold in order to replace. All the other hoses can be replaced easily enough. RockAuto provided the hoses for my 96 DOHC rebuild. The only one I cannot find stocked anywhere runs between the overflow tank and thermostat housing.

And if your removing the intake to do that hose that would be a perfect time to either clean your IMRC's or delete them. If you dont know what I'm talking about google it you will find more info than you need on the subject
