hi, I have a 2001 cobra 4.6 dohc and need some help solving where a piece of the wiring harness bolts to the driver side of the engine on the block and what it connects to. thanks for the help!

 

Pictures may help you get an answer. Is the wire red with a end that looks like a bolt can go through it? If so, this is an engine ground and bolts to the frame. There is a hole under the frame where it bolts to ground the engine.
