Launch RPM '03/'04 Cobra

I am taking my '03 Cobra with stock gearing out to the strip for a 1/4 mile run for the first time coming up in March. I am wondering what the best launch RPM is. What RPM does everyone like best?

W/o slicks, and some IRS beef-up you cant' "really" launch the car.

I would slip it out between 2-3k depending on weather/track prep/etc.

right you can't really punch it in 1st without sliding a little bit with out slicks or a brace kit or something at least i can't.

And if you launch to hard with the stock axle and slicks you can very well break the axle.
