Some cars are just a tad quicker than others; my best stock time was a 13.52, my wife's '01 Z28 (also an auto with 2.73 gears) ran 13.36. Some of that was the 60 ft, though.
The 98-99 LS1 cars can be a little bit slower than the 01-02 cars because of the heads and the intake manifold, although the earlier cars do have a slightly biggger cam.

Morbid Intentions

I'd say it could be possible.... I ran 12.7 @ 106MPH on a 1.7 60ft with 338RWHP on a stock stall and DR's... factor in some slicks and a high stall with drag shocks and springs and I'd be picking my E.T. up something crazy and still be trapping around 106MPH... and that's in my heavy *** GTO lol

then again, that was a best, I ran a lot of high high 12's and low 13's before I got that time in late fall
