question on tuner ability

So I got a 06 GT and just won a Airaid Race intake and Zex nitrous kit. My question is can I set up my car for the intake on my own with a tuner? Or do I need a pro tune?

I should say I'm no stranger to tuning, I tuned my WRX using open source tuning, I just dont know whats going on in the stang world.

These tuners aren't a full fledged tuner; you'll need to shell out a lot more money for that. you'll need to pay someone, like Bama, to write the tunes for you or get a dyno tune.

Yes, one of our tuners like the inTune or Trinity, come preloaded with tunes designed specifically for the Airaid CAI.

thanks mike, one more question. can i take a i1000 tuner for a gm and load the ford info onto it? cause i found a really good deal on one but its for a gm.
