too bad a 351 will need swap mounts that lower the engine or you'll need 5.0 mounts and a taller hood to clear the engine. you'll also need 351 swap headers. after that, i'm not sure what else is necessary, but it's not only an oil pan that you'd need.
There's a mighty fine sticky in the 351 section listing all ya gotta do.... anyway, stay with stock mounts an buy a cool hood.... see below....

You dont NEED different mounts. Because of the taller deck on the windsor a stock fox stang hood wont fit. Still a bolt in operation, still the better choice IMO.

i would go with the 5.0 just because it was built for the fox and the weight distribution wont be afected as much
