Does anyone have any information on installing a spoiler on a 2004 year mustang that is from the 01 year? I've seen some 01 mustangs around with that particular spoiler. However, it looks to be farther back on the trunk lid then origninally installed by Ford. Let me know if anyone has made this mod or has heard of the spoiler being place farther back on the deck.

Your Stang looks pretty good! Did you mount the spoiler yourself and if you did how did you mount it? I know the mustang trunk lid comes with a template underneath with four prepuched areas to mount the spoiler. How did you know where to mount yours?

my pop and i got the spoiler on prefitted and marked the holes wih a nail. a little scratch will do, so long as you can see it when drilling.
then drill the holes. open the decklid and uninstall the shocks. reinstall the spoiler into the holes drilled. cut the leftover bolt. and then reinstall the shocks. shut and whala a saleen look a like haha
