i have these and they are really bright i heard someone say that you are supposed to point them down or up so they dont blind people?

i dont think you can point them, but what most people do is they put on eye lids. . . i dont even know if mustang has such things
if anyone knows about that please let me know what they look like. . . thanks

i bought an HID kit for my stang, and they came with a card, thats verifies that they are DOT approved
