Anywho, yea that really sucks. I'd try to fight that, because letting that get on your record could hurt you later with insurance.

I was getting driving in my car to the chiropractor today (I have no license) and some kid did almost the exact same thing to me and actually just touched my car but didnt scratch it (soI found out later) but he RAN!! he just peeled off I told the driver to catch up to him (which was no problem) and caught him at a red light and I got out of the car and went to his window and was yelling ofcourse and he locks the doors and rolls up the window and starts talking on his cellphone he starts rolling forward and the light turns green and as he is peeling off running awayyet again I put the boot to his door and he turned and hit the curb and lost a hump cap Iwonder how he is going to explain that to mommy or daddy sence it had a bumper sticker that says my son is and honor student so I assume it was one of there cars

Call me an ******* but I was hit before by a honda and the driver ran luckily for him he popped my tire so I wasnt going anywhere so it brought back bad memories

Ps I kicked the door so hard it actually dented the steel-toe cap in my work boot nowI need new work boots [:@]
