Slotted rotors don't do anything noticeable for you , except wear your pads about 5 times faster, Each one of the slots leading edgeacts like a knife to slice off a small part of the pad. A long time ago when pads were not so good this was important to get a good pad to rotor connection,(under hard breaking) Pads now are much better and don't need it, If it were needed, slotted rotors would be on NASCAR, . Now looks are different, If you like the looks and don't mind changing you pads every 6 months or so, then that is what you should do.
If you put 13 inch rotors from a Mach then you will also need 17Ford wheels (Mach1/Bullit)or if you use any one else wheels they will need to be 18s If your wheels are 18 they will work. They look good, by the way. .

the slots on the rotor are to keep gases from building up between the pad and rotor. the brakes on my Supra lasted forever with slotted and drilled rotors, and i was on them alot cause i actually raced.

That’s what they used to be used for when there were asbestos pads, The carbon fiber pads don't make the gas your referring to, Your Subra is considerably lighter than a mustang. Trying to drag down a 3500lb mustang as apposed to a 2800 lb car is not real a comparison. Put 800 lbs in your front seat and then use your breaks.
The slots were to channel gas and the holes were to dissipate heat, neither apply to today’s breaks, All they are now is for looks. If you would put some old style pads and remove the anti-lock system, and had a car that weighed around 2000 lbs , then the slotted and drilled rotors would be of benefit.

try around 3500 lbs for my Supra. which weighs more than my Mustang.

If your new rotors are the same size Diameter/thickness then you calipers will work.
You can get a good looking rotor/Caliper Just by painting you calipers and then personalizing them a little.

Rotors are stock on my 06 GT, I painted them with auto zone caliper paint, It was just enamel, though, so any enamelHigh temp paint will work. Take your wheel off remove the top caliper bolt, rotate the caliper away fron the rotor and remove the pads, Get some Break clean from auto zone and spray the heck out of the caliper, The stuff smells flamable but it does not burn. Wipe clean and primer, then paint, wait 1/2 hour and paint again, about an hour and the paint will be dry enough to reassemble, just be carefull.
