Default JUNKYARD

alright...so there is a 99% chance that i'm going to the junkyard tomorrow with my friend. he wants to go look at chevy stuff for his camaro and of course i am hoping to find some stuff i may need for my stang..my stang is an 01 and idk what i should look for at the yard..i was thinking something along the lines of:

a swaybar (what year swaybars will fit my 01?)
hoping to find some tinted taillights or something, who knows

and than idk what else to look for

what should the price range of a swaybar be when the guy tries to hustle me for my money

also, if you put down any suggestions of what to look for can u please put a reasonable price range..i'm clueless to some things and i dont want to get ripped off

Sway bar shouldnt run you more than $40 TOPS. Also if your handy with tools you might want to pull off some intakes to attempt a P&P job on them. save you lots of money with buying them already done.

Else you can just sell em on ebay for twice what you paid for em.Depending on price you pay..

Price range for parts varies on where you live. Around here a used rear sway bar will go for about $60.00 + where as in so Cal about $30.00 - $40.00. I would agree on the parts mentioned by jovez for a start. Also you might look for some after market control arms to firm up your ride.

any rear sway bar from 79-04 should fit your car. i'd say $50 tops on the bar, but that as stated above will vary by area.

yeah the upper/lower intake is a good idea if you want to p&p down the road

all these are good, if u are lookin for body parts, check out for hood and side scoops, gt take-off exhaust if u need duals, intakes would be a great thing tho
