Sorry dude, no, and I mean no V6 on this site has "EVER" gotten 10 rwhp and 15 rwhp from a cai/pullies. My old 98 V6 may of gotten 5 or so rwhp from both, and the people with newer models may of gotten 8-10 with both, but not each, sorry, just doesn't work like that.

Ok. Understand me when I say that this kind of thing is annoying. I meant bhp and anyone seeing hp knows that its bhp and not rwhp unless stated otherwise. Its common sense, c'mon. I hate being told that I am a lier.

So in case you are unsure of things 10hp = 10bhp... Its been that way for f*cking ever, since horsepower ratings were used, all auto manufacturors say hp as a standard for bhp.

So next time please dont tell me that I am wrong, if you are unsure of the terminology used then please ask instead of accusing someone.

SO

Even then, you won't get a 10 bhp, maybe 6, but not 10 unless the car has some nice supporting mods.

Yes, I more than know that, but "USUALLY" on this forum people have a bad habbit of getting hp and rwhp highly confused. 90% of the time when somebody says 60 hp, they mean rwhp, only a few people speak bhp here.

Dude your talking out your a$$ now. Show me some dyno numbers to support your theory because I can throw a barage of dyno runs to support mine NOT TO MENTION PERSONAL EXPERIANCES!!!

Im eating dinner right now, so expect some dynographs in about 30 minutes.

I hate it when people try to keep fighting a losing argument just to try to save face and then end up looking more like an a$$.

I dont like being called a lier!!![:@]

I have never once had that problem. People say what they mean to say.

Well I don't have my old 98 runs anymore, but at the time I had it dynoed I hade a cai, o/r X pipe, magnaflow exhasut, custom diablo tune, and maybe one other thing and only kicked out 125 rwhp.

I'd like to see those runs, becuase like I said, no V6 member here has had those kind of gains with a CAI, and or U/D pullies, even when equated to bhp. I see you have a 4.6L, and I don't know how much knowledge you have about sixers, but they do not get those kinds of gains. Some 4.6Ls do, and I know that the new ones do, but the old 3.8L sixers just don't get those gains with an otherwise stock engine. Strokers may, h/c/i moded sixers may, but not stock.

I also want you to click this link http://www.macperformance.com/store/...ategory_ID=454

The very top item is a CAI for a 99-04 and it claims 9.4rwhp.

Let me tell you something about MAC first of all. MAC does not lie about their gains from their products because this is advertising and as a business owner myself I can tell you that you can get sued for false advertising. IT IS THE LAW TO STATE YOUR ADVERTISING CORRECTLY!!!

People put these products down because they dont feel they gained enough power for the money spent. When these people arent satisfied do you think they are going to spend the $90 bux to go have it dyno'ed to see if they make the power that is claimed? HELL NO!!! They whine and moan about it and give a great product a bad name.
