Random misfire?
Here's the update in case anyone else has this problem. I put the old pulley back on and no more code. When we scanned it it said the misfire occured before the first 1000 rpm and one possible cause was low ignition voltage. For some reason the smaller pulley just doesn't work on my car. We checked the alt and battery and they checked out fine so I'm really stumped. I guess no UDP for me which sucks, I liked how snappy it felt.

LOL. Yeah no kidding. I am sending it back for a refund unless some one want's to buy it. As for being disapointed, that's an understatement, I'm pissed! All that money and time for nothing. No one can figure out why it's doing that either. If the altenator was bad I could see it but it's not. What we think is happening is low voltage to the injectors on start up causing a 'misfire'. The times when the light came on it did stumble as it started but then it smoothed out right away but it was enough to throw a code. Anyone want a brand new 25% UDP? I'll make you a deal..lol
