Default Performance Shift Points

I've got a 98 5spd, and I was wondering what are the best shift points for performance driving, like 0-60 or 1/4 miles, etc.

I was also wonderin if anyone knows of anywhere to find dyno graphs for my car (not mine, but you know what I mean). I doubt anyone woudl waste the money to dyno a stock car, unless they were about to tune it, but I'm just curious.

That sounds high to me since the split ports peak hp and tq are around 4200 (give or take a few hundred rpm) rpm. I know my peaks in that range and red line is 5500.

That's true but he didn't say he had a tune so I took it as stock.

Why would you want to go above red line? They peak in the mid 4000 rpm range which means they are no longer pulling after that and are actually slowing down. He is aking where are the best shift points and the best are when you are at peak tq.
