i have 40 series flowmasters and im plannin on cuttin 2 cats off.. should i put an H-pipe on there or leave it off to get the deepest best sound?

also, a guy i met has a nice soundin v6 but it has turndowns... would you suggest that or straight out the back

Turn downs are louder but also inside the car so if you don't mind a constant drone and want loud that's the best way.
