Default Gear problem!

Alright so im coming home today and out of no where my 1st, 3rd, or 5th gear wont go in. When i put it in 1st itll go for a few feet then pop back out. Wont even go into 3rd or 5th. What the **** could possibly be wrong!?

Syncros most likely, what else is new. Maybe a shift fork.

Well im taking it to ford tomorrow on 2nd and 4th gear lol. How much are new syncros?[:@]

I thought around $400. I dont remember. I warn you though most of the time the dealer is a rip off. You may go back like 3 times before its right and drop a pretty penny. Thats is unless your lucky and have a warranty.

before you decide you want to be jeg couglin again buy you a aftermarket shifter w/stops and that probably will not happen again lol

def try and take it to an independent shop and not ford.....jmo

Yep. Well ford is busy till next tuesday, figures.
Took it to two shops, and i chose to stay with the second one. $375 to drop the tranny +parts.
I will get a call tomorow so i can come in and they can show me the damage/parts i need.
