Default Big problem....not goin to good

i have 3.8L procharged mustang..I was recently putting in an aftermarket tach on the dash. I was picking up the tach sensor off of the factory tach from behind the gauge cluster. I stripped a wire back(i dont know if it was the right one or not) and after it was stripped back it accidently touch metal and shorted somethin out. I started the car and it ran for probably 10 sec. or so then just died. I noticed that the fuel cut off switch was activated also. I reset the cut off switch, and then tried to turn it over but it wouldnt fire. I have spark, the problem is i have no fuel pressure. I have checked the fuses and relays for the pump and all of them seem to be good. I checked the valve on the fuel rail and it just seems to dribble out there is really no pressure behind it, but when the car turns on you can hear the fuel pump turn on too. Any suggestions on what it could be and how to fix it.
