Default Engine dies down

My 85 3.8 v6 FI runs great until it gets hot. Then when taking off from a dead stop it starts off good and then as you add gas it dies down and I have to let itSLOWLY pick up speed. I changed the fuel filter with no sucess. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Do you stay in the correct A/F range if it gets too high it will cause stress on the blower and engine.
Is it intercooled?

I'm not to familar with blowers so I do not know too much about the problems with them.

I dont know what the A/F range is but I am sure that there is not a blower. If I have my A/C or heater fan running when this happens the fan also dies out.???? Please HELP
